Broke the $50/Day Record today!

Growth is a funny thing. I was making an average of $30 a day never breaking $40, and suddenly it hits $50.02 today. I do have to admit that I paid $8.50 for Google Adwords for my diet website, which generated $27.08. The tech website (which I paid $15K) is not going to expectation ($10.75). At this rate, it’s only pulling in $300/month; a far cry from $1K which was advertised. Was I ripped off? A little bit I think. It could be a seasonal thing. I have looked at it’s past record and summer is light. I guess the computer geeks want to spend their time outside during time outside and not building computers… Anyway, I am hiring content writers from RentACoder.com like crazy. I have hired 4 writers already to write 10 articles each on the tech help site. Some people are passionate about tech so they’ll do it for cheap.

My cellphone website is generating an average of $10 a day now. Which much better than $1 a day from where I first bought it. However, it’s not to my expectation of $20-30 a day. I need to add more content and get more traffic. I think I can work on a little more on the layout of Adsense to get a little bit better conversion rate, but the current conversion rate is 10 times better than before.

My niche health website go a little traffic today, because I outsource a link exchange project. I think webmasters are checking my site out. I am doing another test run to see if link exchange can become a viable traffic/ search engine generator.

Overall, it has been a crazy week with all the website migration and buying the tech website. I am working on revamping the tech site and getting more content for the cellphone site. Additionally, I started 2 month ago with only $1/day average. Given, I have spend $17K buying 2 website, but at this rate, it should pay off in a little over a year. I hope to buy some more unmonitized thousand dollar website and boost their revenue like the cellphone site. That’s good for business! However, before then, I need to focus on my existing sites and maximize profits before taking on new projects. I already feel spread a little thing with all these projects. But when it’s set up, very little maintain is required.
