The new website’s traffic exists, but the revenue is not what the seller claims. That’s ok though, I am getting the site for cheap with that amount of traffic (300 uniques/day). I’ll be using my Adsense conversion skills and adding some affiliate links. It’ll make at least $30 a day, I recon. Currently, it’s swimming around $3-4 a day. So that’s around $90-120 a month.
Great news! I just broke my record last Monday. I made $26.55 in one day! The subscription list and posting on other forums really helped. Tuesday, I made $21.90. I am around 20% closer to my retirement!
