Resources for Internet Business
Wordtracker (Keyword Research)
This site is absolutely essential to anyone serious about Adsense or web development using search engines. Not only will it generate hundreds of related words to your niche, but it’ll also tell you how competitive each word is and how much it’s searched. The search number is relational to the rest of the words, but you get a very good idea of how strong the search is for each word. With the competiveness, you know exactly which word is easy to rank on the top of the search engine. They call it KEI, and it’s a very powerful tool. The site is super simple to use as well. I can’t imagine doing any web development without going to Wordtracker first. It’s an essential to your internet marketing arsenal.
Only con is this tool doesn’t come cheap. However, they allow you to buy it in days, weeks, months and years. I personally bought the year package after buying days package a few times. Check it out and you’ll see what I mean
Overture (Keyword Research)
This is a free resource by Overture. You can find out how much a keyword is being search within a month. The data is for Yahoo, so you can assume Google’s search number is much bigger. It also has ‘View Bids Tool’ which shows you how much advertises are bidding on certain keywords. You can also assume that Google’s Adsense receives a higher bid. These tools give you a good idea of how strong your niche is going to be.
Google Trend (Keyword Research)
This neat tool lets you check how much a word is searched over time. It also breaks the searches by region. That way, you can tell how seasonal that keyword is and how in demand it is in USA. You can also do comparison of different words. I often type in different brands just to see which one is more popular. Also a good tool for researching stock picks

HostNine (Web Hosting)
I am changing my recommendation from 1&1 to Hostnine. I have their reseller package and really like the support and haven’t had any issue with them so far. They rates are very reasonable. Another popular host is gatorhost.com which offer the same package but a little more expense. Hostnine is pretty new, but it’s been good to me.
Note: You may notice that this blog is hosted on BlueHost. Don’t like it. Their support is lame and the server actually when down on me last month for 30 hours!!! They may have a more marketing presence on the net, I personally would not open another account with them. At the risk of them shutting me down… I don’t recommend BlueHost.

Adsense Videos (Learning Adsense)
Once you have created your site, or even before you create your site, you need to know how to place your Adsense to get maximum clicks. This product will set you straight. This is how I transformed my meager $1/day website into making $10/day within a few hours. No joke. It’ really powerful information. The best part is it’s in video so no reading and easy to learn. There are other products out there that’ll teach you about adsense placement, but this is by far the easiest to use because it’s in video format.

RentACoder (Outsourcing)
This is a great place to find outsourcers. You can definitely find some super cheap outsourcing from here. The only problem is anyone can join and become an outsourcer, so you may get flakes if you bid for people with low rating or no rating. Choose people with high rating and a history of performance, and you will not have a problem. Another thing I don’t like is their intereface which is very clunky. Overall, it’s a great place to start posting your first project as people will bid very low for your project.
Elance (outsourcing)
This site has higher quality people in general, but they’re also a bit more expensive. Outsourcers on this site pay a few hundred to thousands a year to be able to bid on projects, so you know they mean business. Their interface is much cleaner and better. I recently started using them as I need to find more writers. However, for easy projects I’d still use RentAcoder as they’re more competitive in pricing.
